Whitney N. Blanco
Managing Partner
Whitney N. Blanco, Ph.D., MPH, M.Phil is a strategist and operator working at the intersection of global systems, real estate development, and strategic partnerships.
She has spent the past decade leading and supporting complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across the World Health Organization, where she helped design global coordination systems, develop R&D frameworks impacting over 1.6 billion people, and manage partnerships across governments, multilateral institutions, and funders.
Whitney is also the founder of Acreage, a real estate intelligence and advisory platform combining AI, geospatial analysis, and financial modeling to support land use and development decisions. Under her leadership, Acreage generated over $450K in its first year and supports projects spanning affordable housing, mixed-use development, and community-centered real estate initiatives.
Her work focuses on one core principle: complex work moves forward when the right people are aligned, the right conversations are structured, and execution is driven with clarity. She is often brought in to support strategic partnerships, executive convenings, and initiatives that require coordination across sectors.
Whitney holds a Ph.D. in Public and Urban Policy from The New School, an MPH from Columbia University, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech. She has been recognized as a Georgia Tech 40 Under 40 honoree.
